Microsoft Headquarters

Microsoft’s Irish headquarters at Leopardstown is one of the largest corporate campus developments in Dublin. KH Engineering was appointed by main contractor BAM to supply and install the full structural steel package across the development — 1,200 tonnes of CE marked fabricated steelwork delivered on a tight programme.

Our Scope of Works

Our scope covered full design and detailing, fabrication at our Allenwood, Co. Kildare facility, and on-site erection by our in-house erection teams. The project involved a large volume of structural steelwork across multiple building elements, requiring careful sequencing of fabrication and delivery to keep the erection programme on track.

The Result

The project was completed on programme and to the highest standards of quality and safety. KH Engineering’s work on the National Children’s Hospital was recognised with the Steel Structures in Major Construction Projects award at the 2023 Irish Steel Awards — one of four industry awards won by our team since 2022.
